21st September to 25th September 1-2pm (FULLY BOOKED)

This service is available by appointment only.  Please either telephone us on 01603 871738 or email info@mottspharmacy.co.uk to book your appointment.  Further clinics will be arranged if demand is high, and this page updated accordingly.
