We in Reepham are currently experiencing a challenging time just like the rest of the country.

I want to reassure the community in Reepham and the surrounding areas we serve that we at Motts Pharmacy will do all we can to help:

  • Firstly DON'T PANIC. Whatever the issue we will do our best to help you. Either email us with your query or phone us.
  • If you have been asked to SELF ISOLATE as a result of being in an 'at risk' group, and have no one who can collect your medicines for you, we will do our best to get your medicines to you.  At present we are still in the early stages of putting together a plan locally, but are confident that something will be in place soon.  Order your prescriptions by phone, email, via our website (, or via the surgery system.
  • If you have been asked to SELF ISOLATE as a result of being in an 'at risk' group, and have no one who can collect Pharmacy Essentials for you then we will do our best to deliver them to your door.  Phone or Email us with your order, pay for it on the phone, and we will deliver it to your door.
  • DON'T STOCKPILE or PANIC BUY. If you buy what you need this leaves supplies for others, and gives us time to replenish our stocks also.
  • If you run out of your medicines and you can NOT obtain a prescrition let us know as soon as possible. We can emergency supply medicines to you to cover up to a month.  Should you be self isolating then we will arrange to get these medicines to you.
  • VOLUNTEERS: Finally if you are fit and well, have not been asked to self isolate, we would be interested to hear if you can help us to serve the vulnerable people of this community during this difficult period. Please email me on if you wish to help.
  • If you have any other questions please do not hesitate to contact us.

Update 30/03/2020
Many thanks to you all who have volunteered to help the vulnerable in Reepham and the surrounding areas.
We have had nearly 60 people volunteer in such a short space of time after a leaflet drop and Facebook appeal.
Efforts are now being made as to how to best coordinate this very generous offer of help to benefit those we are shielding during this challenging period.
